I have instructed Louise on a number of occasions over the years to undertake the noise assessment element of either an Environmental Impact Assessment or Planning Application. Without exception her work has been to budget and delivered on time. Most importantly her findings have always been accepted by the relevant regulatory authorities as authoritative, resulting in noise not being an issue in the granting of planning permission.
